NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Winners will be chosen at random from list of member logins during the months of November and December 2008.
PRIZE
One (1) $200 Gift Card redeemable at any US restaurant.
CONTEST RULES:
1. Contacting Winners
Winners of all contests will be contacted at the “sender” email address used to register at CorkSavvy.com, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. CorkSavvy, LLC will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email.
Claiming of prizes requires an email response to CorkSavvy, LLC from the winning sender email address within 30 days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. CorkSavvy, LLC is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).
2. Awarding Prizes
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred. Winners are required to verify proper and legal picture identification. Winner may forfeit any and all cash winnings if verification cannot or has not been made within 30 days. Upon proper verification, gift certificate will be awarded by and mailed to winner's mailing address in the continental United States within seven (7) business days.
Each prizewinner must supply CorkSavvy, LLC with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers and cell phone number.
3. The contest is open to citizens of the continental United States. Identification must be produced on request.
4. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
5. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
6. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which may deem appropriate.
7. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that CorkSavvy, LLC may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
8. Winners and any guests at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by CorkSavvy, LLC acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
9. CorkSavvy, LLC retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
10. This contest is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws.
11. One entry per person.
