The Bohan Dillon pinot noir from Hirsch Vineyards is fruity yet delicate with a slight smoky character. This is a great starter wine from Hirsch Vineyards but it is incredibly tasty with subtle yet complex flavors. It pairs well with pork, chicken, duck. I enjoyed it with a grilled duck breast sliced over green salad. – Jill Sloane
