What is the difference between a Shiraz and a Syrah?

The same grape is known as Syrah in France and Shiraz in Australia. The name Shiraz for this grape variety is also commonly used in South Africa and Canada. In the United States, it is found under both names depending on the winery.

How do I store champagne?

Photo

All wine, especially sparking wine, is best stored in a cool, dark place. A constant temperature of 55 degrees Fahrenheit is reccommended. Most champagnes store well for up to 3 years and vintage champagnes even longer(usually close to 10 years). Remember only to store Champagne in the refridgerator just before drinking. Too many fluctuations in temperatute can ruin the delicate bubbles in a bottle of Champagne.
