I have a bottle of 1970 vintage port. How quickly do I have to finish it after opening it?
Vintage ports (especially before 1980) are delicate and should be consumed quickly. For optimum taste, we recommend consuming a fine vintage port within three days of opening. To prolong the life of a port, recork and refridgerate the bottle right away and you may be able to get a couple of extra days out of it.
